How to raise a Missing/Replacement/Return request?

     When a customer receives Incorrect/damaged/missing books, RMA request can be raised from the registered account. This helps in identifying the missing books and replacing the order again.
  **The Missing/Replacement/Cancel and Return request can be raised with in 7 days from the order delivered date

* Customer support team will respond to the request with in 48hrs once the request is created.

* The missing/replacement request will be processed with in 3 to 5 business days(Local orders).
