How do I know if my order is placed successfully?

Order details in MY CENTRAL BOOKS ACCOUNT



- Login to Cetral Books Account - Article on How to Register and Login.
- Click on My Account
- Select My orders
- We can see the status of the order.



- If the Order status is pending/cancelled the order is unsucessful or cancelled.
- For any concerns related to status of your order or IF the amount is debited from your account and order is unsucesful - Raise a request.
- Our team will contact you with in 24 hrs with complete details.



****Please note: If the amount is deducted and the transaction is unsucessful, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded into your account with in 7 to 10 business days**.
